Dear Coach,
Hi, my name is Everett Martin. I currently attend Nova High School in Davie, FL. I am young senior who is still growing - I was born May 6, 2003 and I am 6 foot 2 inches tall and weigh 175 pounds. I am a multi-dimensional player who switch-hits and throws right-handed. My primary positions are shortstop and pitcher and my secondary positions are catcher and third base. I have been named to all-region teams by Perfect Game and the Baseball Factory for 2020 season and Pre-season All-American by the Baseball Factory for 2021 season. My goal is to be a two way player at the collegiate level.
I have been playing baseball since I was three years old and I have a true love of the game. I work hard at improving my game nearly every day and I always want to make my teammates better through my leadership skills. My Coaches say I play hard and play to win!
I am working hard on raising my GPA (I had 3.2 GPA last semester. I love to fish and play other sports (I played travel soccer and ran track when I was younger).
I hope I am excellent fit for your program and please feel free to contact me at (954) 980-8457.
Everett Martin
