I would like to find an opportunity to contribute my baseball skills, leadership, and passion for the game at a place where I can gain an excellent education and compete in the sport I love on the highest possible level. I have always competed at a high level.....pitching my first varsity game my 8th grade year. I conider myself to be a young man of high character botj on and off the field. I take great pride in encouraging teammates and working hard. I maintain a high gpa and academics are always a priority. Athletically, at 16yr old, I am currently 6'5 and have a live fastball w great movement and a nasty slider. I believe with hard work I have a very high ceiling to continue to improve and contribute to my teams success.

PGLATEST PG SHOWCASE REPORT 2019 PG Fall Top Prospect National Showcase Jackson Kent is a 2021 RHP with a 6-5 195 lb. frame from Pace, FL who attends Pace. Just pitched at this event. Long limbed, extra-large frame with plenty of projection. Methodical delivery with repeatable mechanics, stays on line and gets down the mound well. Fast arm with some whip to it through a low three-quarters slot that created sink to the fastball clocked up to 87 mph. Locates well to both sides of the plate and works down in the zone generating weak ground ball contact. Tunnels a big sweeping breaking ball off the fastball that worked as a strong second pitch. Projects well to added velocity with added strength. Good student. Named to 2019 PG Fall Top Prospect National Showcase Top Prospect List. Named to the Rawlings Top Prospect List.
