My main goal in life is to play baseball at the collegiate and professional level. Every day, I work extremely hard to get better and better on the different aspects of baseball. When I play baseball, I am known for my hustle, tenacity, and my ability to give max effort every day. I am from Miami Beach, FL, and attend Miami Beach Senior High School as a student in the class of 2024.
As a freshman, I started in center field for the varsity baseball team. At home, I have three siblings, one of which plays on the Miami Beach Senior High baseball team with me. I love the sport of baseball and my desire to play has motivated me to study diligently in school and earn straight "A"s since the start of fourth grade.
In the future, I hope to attend and play baseball for any school that gives me an opportunity. No matter where the school is, I believe that there is a college that is meant for me to be able to excel in baseball and academics. My height is 5'9 and I weigh 170 lbs. My outfield throwing velocity is 84 MPH and my bat exit velocity off a tee it is 87 MPH. I started playing baseball at the age of three and found a love for the game since then. In the varsity baseball season as a freshman, in 19 games, my BA was .282 (11 for 39) and my OBP was .471 (24 for 51). As a Junior, I batted in the leadoff for all 21 games, batting .419 (26 for 62) and my OBP was .532 (41 for 77 plate appearance). I also stole 11 bags and was named an All-District Player for 6A-16 in Miami Dade County along with being on the Miami Dade County All Third Team. When I was 11 years old, I was awarded the best student-athlete in my little league by Martin Prado of the Miami Marlins. After the my freshman year of playing high school baseball, I was invited to represent Miami-Dade County in the HSBN Futures Game, where I started in center field. On my travel ball and high school teams, I exemplify leadership to teammates and the ability to always push yourself and work hard. I push myself to finish first in conditioning and to train after the scheduled practice ends.
I would prefer to attend college in the southern parts of the United States where the temperature stays on the warmer side, but if I see opportunities to play up north, then I will gladly play there. I am looking to play for schools with great academics, at the Division I level. I want to play baseball in college, where I can try to play as a freshman in the most competitive level possible and make a positive impact on my team. I will work as hard as a I can to keep improving in hitting, fielding, and throwing to create the best opportunities to play baseball in the collegiate level and beyond.
