  • Nathan Brewton is a 2020 RHP/2B with a 6-1 175 lb. frame from Pensacola, FL who attends West Florida HS. Recorded a 7.73 second 60-yard dash time. Large frame with broad shoulders and room for additional strength. Primary righthanded pitcher with a loose and whippy arm stroke. Deceptive and hides the ball well, throws from a mid three-quarters arm slot. Longer arm circle with some quickness to the arm action. Fills up the zone and throws a lot of strikes. Sharp break on the curveball with tight spin. Fastball topped out at 82 mph and showed late sink to it. Gets ahead of hitters and finishes them off with the tight spinning curveball. Arm strength plays well from secondary position of the infield. Righthanded hitter with a narrow base, high hand set, and a high back elbow. Downhill swing plane at times with some comfort to pull. Easy trigger into the stroke with a consistent and repeatable swing.Scouting Report - A good outing on the mound punching out 5 of 10 hitters faced. He Showcased his loose arm and deceptive arm action with a 82 mph FB that has some late sink.

NCSA COLLEGE RECRUITING®

NCSA College Recruiting® (NCSA) is the nation’s leading collegiate recruiting source for more than 500,000 student-athletes and 42,000 college coaches. By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
