I will be graduating from Keswick Christian School (St. Petersburg, Florida) in 2021 and pursuing an opportunity to pitch at the collegiate level that fall. Although I have been a multi-sport athlete my whole life (baseball, basketball, and football), baseball has always been my passion. I love everything about the game of baseball: the practices, my bullpens, the game strategy, the opportunities to exploit "holes" in an opposing batter, PFP's, pitching to roll into a double-play, the camaraderie with my teammates, getting another "K", carrying my team (if I have to), etc. My older brother (pitching collegiately in Florida) frequently speaks about the rigors involved in being a collegiate student-athlete, and I am genuinely motivated and excited to pursue that challenge.
Academically, I will be majoring in Business Management (Administration), but always looking for opportunities to grow and develop in areas of leadership and missions. I pride myself in making wise and informed decisions, involvement in various activities and student government, mentoring younger students, attempting to better myself, leading by example, being an encourager to others, and being a good student in both the classroom and on the field. I have received numerous accolades for my grades, character, leadership, perseverance, faith, and work ethic. My coaches have always told me that one of my greatest attributes is being "coachable", and I look forward to the opportunity to bring my work ethic, skills and passion for the game of baseball to the collegiate level. Through every level of athletics, I have always tried to enhance the competitive fire of my teammates and contribute to a positive culture for my team's success--and I am excited to do the same at the collegiate level.
