My name is Jack Corbin and I have the goal to play baseball at the collegiate level. I believe that it is important to begin the recruiting process as early as possible which is why I am choosing to get started now that I am in my first year of varsity baseball. I would be a good candidate for most teams as I am a workhorse on an off of the field. I am able to keep a positive attitude at even the hardest times which is important for team morale. I differ from other recruits as I am a true student athlete (I play baseball, basketball, and was part of a national championship raider team- an intense JROTC sport requiring 'lots of mental and physical endurance), while being in mostly honors and AP classes and staying the top 5 of my class. This shows that I believe the student part of "student athlete" is just as important the athlete part. For these reasons, I believe I could be very successful at the collegiate level.
