Kade McConnell '24 Recruiting Profile

My name is Kade McConnell and I have been playing baseball since I was 5 years old. I have always had a desire to play baseball at a post high school level. I am a team oriented player that pours my heart into every minute of every situation on the field and my goal is always to help my team win. I have played every position on the field but catcher. I have pitched since I was 8 and have developed 4 pitches that I can effectively use to get hitters out. I have always been crafty by trade with my pitches and have been able to develop a great change up. When I'm not pitching, my primary position is 1st base where I have developed my skills to be able to handle any situation at this position.  I have excelled in my academics at Towns County High School where I take high honor classes and I am wanting to continue my education at college to pursue a degree in Business/Finance. I know as a Collegiate Athlete that I would be determined to be the best I can be to play at the next level. I know God will guide me on my journey as I play and learn at whatever college I decide to attend. I look forward to opportunities that give me the chance to do what I love.
