Andrew Rowland '18 Recruiting Profile

     My Goal is to first commit and continue setting goals as a High School Baseball player over the next 2 yrs. of High School as I get ready to enter my Junior Year. I want to elevate my Baseball skill set in order to prepare to play at The College level.  I am also committed to graduating with a high GPA as I currently take all college advanced classes. I want to graduate High School and play the sport that I love the most which of course is Baseball as I continue my education. As a college student athlete I want to play Baseball and become a pediatric dentist or possibly a School Teacher/Baseball Coach. I also am a multi-sport athlete as I play also football and basketball as well. I am a Pastors kid so obviously I have been blessed to be raised in a Christian home where Godly Christian character along with family values and commitment is very important to us. I have found out there is always someone better than you but I believe that with my current skill set and hard work and dedication that I will always work harder than the rest to become a great student athlete. Academics are first priority with me and within our home and I want to play baseball in college where education is also important and sees me as a student athlete and not just an athlete. My primary position that I currently play is 2nd base,3rd base and Pitcher and have played some shortstop this season as well. I have pretty much played every position on the field including catcher. If you’re looking for the all-around good student athlete with Christian morals and character, hard work and commitment to the game of baseball but also to the classroom as well with my coaches and teammates then I'm your recruit.
