At the next level, I would like to be surrounded by quality ballplayers who seek to improve on and off the diamond; Coaches that provide fair opportunities to each player on the roster. Education is important! A good fit academically is ideal because college isn’t all about baseball. I am very confident that I would be a great addition to your team and university!

- Eric is an athletic OF who has a promising future on the diamond. At the plate is where he shows best, displaying solid hitting/power potential through a squared setup. Hands are quick (81 mph exit velocity) and work through a short/direct swing path. He stays inside the ball, utilizing all fields, flashing gap-to-gap pop. In the OF, he continues to shine as he displays smooth/fluid actions. Feet are aggressive as he takes proper routes/angles in tracking down balls. He works behind balls but will benefit by playing through balls more with momentum to target. Range is a plus as he reads balls well off the bat and covers a lot of ground. Throws are accurate with on line carry (81 mph velocity) to his target. With 2 years to further develop, Eric has potential with time and room to progress his game.

- Eric showed nice offensive and defensive upgrades during his workout in Hagerstown. He is an athletic OF with good all around skills. Defensively, Eric has quick/fluid feet, soft/presentable hands, and he moves well to the baseball. He fields low and athletically, his exchange is clean, and he throws with momentum and accuracy to his target. Offensively, Eric has a square/athletic set-up, good balance, and he swings in good rhythm. He has fast bat speed, works it gap to gap, and he uses his lower body. Work on barrel accuracy and timing will continue to help hitting numbers spike. We look forward to seeing what the future holds for Eric.
