Cortland Sirmons '22 Recruiting Profile

I started playing baseball and basketball when I was around 5 years old.  Sports has has always been a part of my life and has given me the opportunity to meet a lot of people and make a lot of friends.  Outside of baseball and basketball, I enjoy heading over to the coast to catch a few fish, or getting up early to head out on a hunting trip.

I'm in my element when I'm on the baseball field. I'm laid back and easy going.  I don't get rattled, which helps me when I'm on the mound.  

I'm looking forward to the next four years of high school and not only growing as a student, but as a player as well.  I'm looking forward to the opportunities baseball will provide in meeting new people and making new friends. I'm also looking forward to getting an education while doing something I enjoy and that's playing the game of baseball.
