Joshua Lucido '23 Recruiting Profile

I aspire to obtain a college degree in a field of study that will provide me with stable employment opportunities throughout my life.  I want to experience college life and develop the life skills needed to succeed in the real world.  

I am a leader and a winner!  I love baseball and I love competing with my teammates every day in practice.  I love the adrenaline that I feel during the national anthem and the joy of running out on the field to start the game.  I will be the first player to arrive at practice and the last one to leave.  I want to get better everyday and see how far my natural talent will take me!  I truly believe that given the opportunity I will excel at the next level and beyond.  

I come from an amazing family who has supported me and my siblings in every aspect of our lives.  They have taught me the importance of honesty, integrity, and hard work.  I will apply all of the life lessons they have taught me when I am going through all of the ups and downs that I am sure to experience in college.   I have a strong foundation that will make me successful and make my family proud!

I am confident that I will be a difference maker in my community and to the program that I will be blessed to play for.
