Personal Statement

Baseball is an extremely important part of my life. I’ve met some of my best friends in baseball, and it’s a huge part of my relationship with my dad that keeps us always working together and in each other's company. One of my good friends once said to succeed, I have to want it like I need to breathe, and I take that mentality with me in everything I do. My studies are a very important part of my life as I plan on becoming a mechanical engineer. Being a student first and foremost will not be an issue for me as learning is very important to me. One of my favorite things about baseball is the comradery it takes to be a winning team, and being able to win with teammates I care about is what I enjoy the most about the game. I hope to find a college I can call home and a team I can call family.

Best in the Great Lakes Showcase 2022 - Notre Dame - Invite Only

I am humbled to be selected to participate in the Best in the Great Lakes National Showcase and represent the state of Illinois this upcoming August. This event will be the premier event for uncommitted 2024 athletes. This event is invitation only and will involve the top college coaches and the top players from the states of Indiana, Michigan, and Illinois! This two-day event will be hosted on August 2nd and 3rd at Frank Eck Stadium, the incredible home of Notre Dame Baseball in South Bend, Indiana. I am pleased to achieve a 6.69 second 60 yard dash time, best for the Class of 2024 at the event. I also improved my exit velocity to 83 mph.

Perfect Game PG 2022 Pitcher / Catcher Indoor Showcase

The Pitcher/Catcher Indoor Showcase will be held February 26th at the Perfect Game Headquarters in Cedar Rapids, IA and is one of the oldest and most established Perfect Game sponsored events. Many top prospects from the Midwest and the rest of the country are in attendance each year, along with a strong contingent of scouts and college coaches. Although I was playing through a right arm injury, I was still able to achieve a PG Grade 7.

The first session will be structured like a pro-style workout so the players will have a chance to showcase their skills in front of the entire Michigan State coaching staff along with professional scouts that will be in attendance. The late afternoon will include more skill development and evaluations, hitting stations, and pitchers will throw bullpens in front of our coaching staff and scouts. 2.15 pop time. 6.8 in the 60 yard dash top 5 in camp.

This event gives you the chance to make your mark on the field as a Baseball Factory Pre-Season All-American. Players will be put onto teams based on their region and teams will then compete in two days of intense competition. Last year, all 30 MLB teams had a scouting representative along with the MLB Scouting Bureau.
