I have a love of the game. The game just makes sense to me. Always focusing on what I’m doing in the moments before a pitch, I’m already playing out scenarios..

I've worked hard to develop my talents. This also means I need to continue to work hard and develop all the skills I will need to compete at the highest level.  I have seen plenty of kids with talent become lazy, no work ethics because their talent let them shine.  Time goes by and then my hard work pays off, I ultimately win the position, and now it' s too late for them.  They never developed the skill to work hard and win!    I want to put together my talent and work ethic for a great college team, and do all I can to help my team win.

"Talent is a responsibility. Because you had nothing to do with acquiring it, you are compelled to achieve every last bit you can with it through hard work."  I can focus on school and this goal while I accomplish the steps.
