Ever since I was little I have dreamed of having a career in baseball and playing baseball in college will be a great opportunity that will change my life. I am currently playing on the varsity baseball team of my highschool, as well as the varsity football team. I love the feeling of belonging that being on a team gives me. In the off season I work hard with my travel baseball team to strengthen my skills as well as growing my knowledge of the game and its little intricacies. I enjoy helping and growing with others on my teams and feel I take the instruction of my coaches quite well. I strive to be the best I can at baseball and I am always willing to try something new that can help me become a better player.
In school, I am enrolled in both Honors and AP classes and carry a high GPA. I am active in the Scouts of America and am currently working towards my Eagle Scout status. I volunteer at Owasippe Scout Reservation during the off season with my family to help upkeep the camp for future seasons. I also help at multiple food pantries in the area.
Attending college will not only help me pursue my dream of playing baseball, but also allow me to pursue a greater education and put me on the path to earn my own degree.
