Jack Day '22 Recruiting Profile

I have a very competitive drive to win and the mindset to do whatever it takes to help my team win.  I constantly find a way to get the job done, and I don’t make excuses. I am a strong mental player and my baseball IQ consistently stands out amongst my teammates and opponents. Because of that and my ability to anticipate and see the game in ways others don’t, I am able to make things happen on the field rather than waiting for things to happen. I’m always looking for a way to get my team an advantage, like an extra base. On and off the field, I am an outstanding teammate, and I am always genuinely invested in the success of my teammates just as I am in myself.  I am  both a great vocal leader and a leader by example. My effort, energy, and focus that I display on the field is mirrored when I am in the classroom. I take pride in representing my family, school, and team with passion and dedication everywhere I go, and I look forward to doing that in college and beyond.
