Brodie Mayberry '23 Recruiting Profile

Dear Coaches,

Thank you in advance for taking the time to read my personal statement.

     I would first like to thank my parents, sister and grandparents for all the opportunities they have given me.  I'm thankful to have grown up in a baseball family, my grandpa coached HS baseball, my uncle played college baseball and coaches HS baseball, the love of the game runs deep for me. I was taught that hard work on the field and in the classroom was the expectation.  I am currently a senior at Greenfield Central High School.   I currently have a 3.79 GPA, ranked 55th out of 380 in my class of 2023. I am currently a 2 sport athlete, having lettered 4 years varsity in football and 3 years varsity baseball.  

     My goal is to play college baseball at any level while earning my degree in education, and someday hope to teach. I am currently being coached by Mark Vail (Greenfield Central Varsity Baseball Coach). My travel coach was Bradon Kessler (Varsity baseball coach at Morristown High School). I take catching and hitting instruction from  Caleb Fenimore who is a College Coach at Wabash University and his father Bruce.
