I am a team player when it comes to sports. I participate in both soccer and baseball. Both sports have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I started soccer at age 3, and baseball at age 5, adding travel baseball at age 8. This school year I played JV soccer as goalie, then moved up to Varsity to fill in for an injured player and continued on with them to the after season sectionals, etc. Also, I played JV baseball, filling in on the Varsity team when needed and continued on with them to the after season sectionals. My usual positions in baseball are pitching, first or third base, or shortstop. I can handle any of those very effectively.
I really get along with all of my teammates, and always look for what I can be doing even if I'm not on the field. I have the utmost respect for my coaches and superiors as well as my peers.
I know that my academics could be better, and I will be working toward that goal this year. The pandemic year of school was unusual for me, but I did get the system of remote learning down pretty good.
I put my whole heart and self into everything that I do, and I feel that my performance in sports reflects that. I would be a great asset to your team because I will always try to do my best and work as hard as I need to get the job done.
As far as my college education, I am very interested in computer coding and would like to pursue that field. I know alot about computers right now, but have not really experienced coding. I'm hoping to be able to invest in some classes before I reach college to know if that will be my path.
