My love for sports started at a very young age, I am fortunate enough to live in a smaller community where I can play all sports year round. It wasn't until a few years ago that I knew I wanted to play baseball at a college level and hopefully after college as well.
The very first time I took the mound in a Varsity game, I must admit that was the first time I had ever gotten nervous to pitch. The adrenaline, the noise from the crowd, the cheering of the teammates and the rush of pitching is a feeling I can't explain and a feeling I don't want to end.
I am a team leader and I always try to lead by example all while cheering on my fellow teammates. I'm very easy to get along with and I'm a hard worker. I am very coachable and can play almost any position if needed. I'm primarily an outfielder, left handed pitcher/batter and first baseman.
In the classroom, I'm a polite and hard working student. Several teachers have commented that I'm a joy to have in class, I help when needed and I don't cause any disruptions.
I want to attend a college that fits my academic and athletic goals all while chasing my dream.
