Lincoln Power '27 Recruiting Profile

Hello, my name is Lincoln Power.  I’m a student at Sigourney Jr/Sr High School.  I have future ambitions of going into the field of architecture and playing collegiate baseball.  I am humble, hardworking, disciplined, and a fast learner.  I work daily to better myself in all areas of my life and especially in baseball.

Some of the early lessons that I learned from being an athlete are to overcome fear, build self-confidence, and how to set goals and develop plans to work toward achieving those goals.  These lessons spilled into other areas of my life, specifically academics, by helping me strive to be the best student I can be, which has helped me to become a better leader on and off the field. 

As an athlete, I have learned to respect teammates, competitors, coaches, teachers, and officials.  I have learned that life has its ups and downs, and that past failure or success are no guarantee of the same result in the future.  That is why it is important to me to stay disciplined in my goals and learn from the past.

I am looking for a school that will allow me to contribute to their culture.  Also a school that will help me to reach, or further benefit, my baseball and academic goals.  If you feel that I would be a good addition to your program, please reach out to me!
