January 2021Personal Statement
My love of baseball and working together to reach team goals is one reason I want to pursue baseball in college. I plan to attend college with the intent of entering Med School to become a Cardio Thoracic surgeon or an Orthopedic Surgeon. I have always wanted to be a doctor to help others and make a difference in the lives of other people. Over the past couple of years I have overcome a couple of big injuries in sports that made me want to work even harder to be the best player I could be. I have a team first mentality and aim to improve daily. I have always set high goals and had high expectations for myself in both athletics and academics. One thing I love being a part of, is extra curricular clubs and activities in school and in my community. I am a very social person that likes to go out of my way to be kind and courteous to everyone I meet. I aim to be a hard working, strong , and coachable athlete.
