I have been playing the game of baseball since before I could remember. I don’t know if I figured it out but my family knew I had a love for the game when I was only 4 years old. I have gotten a stronger work ethic and become more passionate about the game since then. I have been through a lot of tough things which has helped me have very strong perseverance. I was separated my parents when I was about 5 years old and I feel like that helped me grow into a more mature ball player by fighting through stuff like that. Also the grandpa I live with was diagnosed with cancer a year ago which I feel has also helped me become a better and more mature person.
I am not just serious about baseball, I also care a lot about the person I am on and off the field and my academics. I have averaged a 3.8 average GPA throughout my first two years and the first semester of my junior year. I won the best teammate award after my sophomore season which was voted by the team and coaches. I was elected to the all academic team also. My love for the game grows more and more every single day. I am working hard everyday to achieve my goal of playing college baseball and getting a college education and to graduate with a diploma.
