Zach Jones '20 Recruiting Profile

My name is Zach Jones,

I am a 17 year incoming Senior  attending sterlington Highschool, a 3A class school in north east Louisiana. I am in the graduating class of 2020. I am a right handed pitcher and infielder with a consistent gpa of 3.1 As a freshman i made first team all district as a closing pitcher for my varsity team which i am still a part of. I have a very strong work ethic and have great leadership qualities which have helped my team win the state championship my freshman year and make it to the semi final game my sophomore year. This last season, as a junior my team and I were very blessed in obtaining our second state title. I have been blessed to be apart of the only teams to win the state championship in school history. I am a christian and have had very much support from my friends and family. I first got interest in the sport of baseball as a very young child. I obtained interest in the sport through playing baseball as well as watching it and learning more about the sport over the years. I think of myself as a student of the game, with much to learn.
