Matthew Isaac '20 Recruiting Profile

Hello Coaches,

My name is Matthew Isaac and I attend Broadneck High School in Annapolis Maryland, class of 2020.  I currently play for the Broadneck High School 4A baseball team as a starting first baseman and fourth batter.   My fall/summer baseball team is the Maryland Monarchs, an elite program in which players are recruited from all over the state.  At this time my goal for college is to graduate with a bachelors degree in Sports Management but I am open to other opportunities in other fields.  As an upcoming junior I'm a team leader and do what it takes to succeed and win games.  My coaches and peers have commented that my maturity level is higher than most, in terms of understanding the game & my positive attitude.  I see myself as very coach-able by following instructions and putting them into action immediately.  I work hard in the off-season on my mechanics,  training in the weight room,  and doing what is needed to get better and help my team win games.  Many of the younger athletes on my teams look up to me.  I am not only a leader on the field but in the classroom.  I make it a goal to focus in the classroom, the weight room and during practices, giving it my all everyday.  Thank you for your time and I look forward to hearing about what your baseball program has to offer and showing you what I have to offer.  Good luck this baseball season.
