Daray Murdock '22 Recruiting Profile

Hello I’m Daray Murdock!!! I am a hard working Scholar Athlete , who loves God, family and the game of baseball. I have been an honor roll student for all of my school life. Now, I am not saying that I am a 4.0 gpa student but I am a 3.0 gpa and above student.... I love to have fun, laugh, dance, play video games but know when it is time to buckle down and be serious.

My passion is baseball.  I’ve been playing baseball since the age of 6 and I’m more than passionate about it. The reason I want to take my baseball career to the collegiate level is because it is more than a game to me. Everyday I put in the time, effort and dedication to be able to compete at the collegiate levels of baseball. Playing baseball at higher level for me is such a huge opportunity, that I’m not trying to take for granite. One of my best assets as a player, is my "baseball IQ". My motto is to think one pitch ahead AND one pitch at a time.
