I tried baseball when I was 7 and did not take to it right away. My parents found a summer program for a sport I had never heard of before, Cricket. I tried it the summer of my second grade year and the following Fall I was playing on my elementary team. I played cricket for the next 5 years on both the school team and club travel team. In 7th grade, I tried baseball again and enjoyed playing, starting my path to becoming a baseball athlete. As time progressed I realized that I wanted to continue playing baseball and work hard to compete on a collegiate level. I can play multiple positions such as 2nd base and anywhere in the outfield. Whether we are winning or losing I hustle hard for the entire game and only know how to give 100% until the game is done.
