I have been playing baseball since I was four years old, and have dreamed about playing college baseball for my entire life. I love competition and the physical and mental challenges that come with the sport. I am a leader with every team I play for. I have always been a hard worker, and my own harshest critic. I am a 5' 10” 180pound left-handed pitcher, but also play outfield and first base. During my 10th grade year I maintained a 3.57 grade point average while taking honors level classes. I do not have a preference on where I go to school as long as it is a good school for me. My career interests were shaped by watching my parents, as I plan to study criminology. When I have spare time, I volunteer for my grandparent’s education non-profit. It’s humbled me and taught me to never take anything I have or have earned for granted. I understand pursuing athletics in addition to academics will take strong time management skills and commitment.
