Winston Southworth '20 Recruiting Profile

   My name is Winston Southworth and I am a Junior at Hingham High School in Hingham, Massachusetts. Thank you for taking the time to view my site and profile. While I have always been a multi sport athlete, baseball is my passion! I play both corner infield and outfield positions as well as catcher. I possess excellent hand/eye coordination, balance, and explosive power as a hitter. I exclusively hit with a wood bat. I love the feel and the sound upon contact. 

    Academically, I am a high honors student. I combine my daily studies with baseball practice and individual weight training sessions. I really believe that my effective time management skills have led to all my success so far.  My goal is to transfer smoothly from a high honor high school student/baseball player to a very successful college student/baseball player. Due to the years of exposure I have had to my parents family run business, I am leaning towards studying Business. However I wish to attend a college that will provide me with many options to explore for my studies and also help me continue my growth as a person.
