David Gill '19 Recruiting Profile

I am fortunate enough to be part of amazing baseball programs, both Lowell Catholic High School and the Jr. Spinners organization.  I feel that the assets I bring to my teams and coaches are my versatility and knowledge of the game.  My main focus is playing middle infield and pitching.  But, I have the versatility of playing every position and have played them at a high level and because of this I have a greater knowledge of the game. One of my other assets is coachability.  My coaches only have to tell me or show me once what they expect of me.  I have had the great opportunity of being coached by many different coaching styles and I have learned something vital from each and every one of them.  I want to find a program that will be a good fit for me athletically as well as academically.  I look forward to seeing what the next level of coaches have to teach me.

I believe I not only have the talent to compete for a college team, but the character, work-ethic, and leadership skills to make an immediate impact on your program.  I have a passion and dedication to this game, my coaches and teammates.  I work hard at every practice and continue this into games.  My main goal whether in the gym or the field is to get better every day so I can excel at the next level every year.  I am a player that be counted on in all situations.  I know that I have what it takes to be a leader and player on your team!
