    I'm looking forward to the opportunity to work towards a degree to better my future. It has always been a dream of mine to play college baseball and to be a student-athlete. Growing up in the city of Taunton, I learned how to compete against a diverse group of athletes.  Many of whom came from all kinds of backgrounds and situations. It has made me appreciate what I have and the opportunities I am given.

    I've been playing the game of baseball since my parents signed me up for tee-ball and over time and it has become my passion.  I love to play the game and I bring everything I have onto the field. I do everything in my power to better my team and to have the best shot of winning while also having a great time.  Baseball has helped me accept failure and how to learn and develop from it.  

  What I feel makes me different from the other athletes is that I try to stay humble and focus on the things that I can control. I just want to continue to be the best person, athlete, and student that I can be.
