Baseball has always been my favorite sport and I would love the opportunity to play at the college level. I am going into my senior year of high school and this will be my fourth year on varsity - minus one year due to covid. When I played 8U-14U league at Concord, I was a starter and primarily played 3rd, pitcher and catcher, I also played on the Black Sox travel baseball teams (NW MI) 10U-14U. For my high school team, my sophomore year I was a DH and catcher, this year I was a starting utility player and pitcher with some time behind the plate. This summer I played travel ball with Hudson Post 180 I played 2nd and pitched. I have signed up for a showcase at Blissfield high school on August 6th and will be attending Hillsdale College prospect camp at the end of August and possibly going to another showcase at Lansing Community College. Once I have completed the camps I will have the video and stats to updated on my profile.
Academically my goal is to focus on increasing my GPA, as this increases my options for academic scholarships. I would like to be a elementary school teacher or get a degree in business and can see myself coaching baseball. This fall I want to either play football or run cross country to keep in shape for basketball, in the winter I will be taking lessons to improve my pitching, fielding and hitting skills.
