2021 Spotlight Personal Statement
I fell in love with baseball when I was 7 years old, a day hasn’t gone by without me thinking about it ever since. Baseball means everything to me, I am always trying my hardest to one-up my competition and improve my game, while also becoming a better person at the same time. Baseball has really showed me how to deal with adversity in life, whether that be from failure, injury, or any other setback. I always strive to better than I was yesterday, both on the field and in school. My goal is to play competitive college baseball at a school that fits my wants and needs.
