Deaven McWain '23 Recruiting Profile

Hi!  I'm Deaven McWain, an uncommitted Senior at Anchor Bay High School.  I approach academics the same way I approach athletics, with unwavering passion and dedication.  Baseball is a major influence that helps me continue to keep my grades up knowing that without success in the classroom I cannot be successful on the field. My love of the game comes with knowing that one day, however far into the future that may be, playing baseball will come to an end, but my education will continue to propel me forward.  I push myself to be the best athlete I can be by following a strict training regimen while striving to improve all facets of my game.  Can't is not a part of my vocabulary and quitting is never an option for me.  My dream of playing college baseball pushes me to remain focused and motivated.
