I have only been playing tennis since my Sophomore year of high school, but as soon as I started getting into playing I knew I loved it. I was a competitive gymnast for 10+ years prior to playing tennis and realized that tennis was something I was extremely interested in. I started to train and practice throughout the whole year and I continue to grow everyday. I have always wanted to be a collegiate athlete, I love the teamwork and relationships you get with new people by joining a team. I am a very hard worker and a positive athlete. In previous sports, I have been awarded Hardest Worker and Team Leader for multiple years. I take school very seriously and keep my goals in mind. In my future, I would love to be in the health care field as a nurse or an occupational therapist. I feel as I would be a great candidate for a college tennis team because I am motivated and keep my goals in mind. I may not have been playing tennis very long, but I am very driven. I am a very positive player and I always have a smile on my face. I still want to get better every day and I am up for a challenge. I would love to continue playing tennis further than my high school years!
