Jack Carlson '20 Recruiting Profile

Focus, hard-work, and dedication defines Jack Carlson.  I am a 6'2 ft 180 pound junior who attends Red Wing High School.    I have always taken pride in school as well as my athletic achievement. 

Maintaining a high GPA no matter what level of classes is very important to me.  My goal is to reach my fullest potential as a student athlete. 

Sports has been a part of my life as long as I can remember and have made me the person I am.  I play football, basketball, and baseball. 

Baseball is my passion.  It's a game I love to play and I excel at it.

My mom started my career at age 4 and have great mentors and coaches along the way.  I am currently a centerfielder, pitcher, and at times play shortstop.  My off season has paid off and has made me a stronger and more versatile player.  This Fall I also am playing for the Minnesota Blizzard and am excited for the opportunity to grow and become a better baseball player.  I also attend the Minnesota Blizzard Tier 1 training program and have grown in size and strength.  It has also taught me to be the best person on and off the field. 

I take so much pride being a team leader.  Given the opportunity to continue toward my goal of achieving excellence both in the classroom and on the field doing what I love would fulfill my dream. 

Playing College baseball is my goal and am working hard so I can accomplish my goal.
