Jeffrey Swafford '20 Recruiting Profile

I would say my dedication to the game on and off the field would differ from other recruits because unlike most I will give away my day to go play baseball without a hesitation. I will work after hours with or without the team to assure myself and my recruiters that I will be at my top shape throughout the season and give my all at every moment I can. My character on the field is attentive and not lackadaisical. I focus on the field of what I have to do if I get the ball and when I'm on the bench I keep my teammates heads up and also encourage them. My abilities to be anywhere in the outfield and a pitcher can make me a primary player for anyone's team. Academically I know that in the term "student athlete" student/school objectives come first and are our top priorities as being an athlete. My academics are exceedingly good and I stay focused on what is being taught and do my work on time. That is why I think I would be a great acquirement for any team.
