Personal Statement

I’m a left-handed-hitting centerfielder with a 60-yard dash time of 6.62, a maximum bench press of 290, a maximum squat of 450, and deadlift 545 pounds. I carry a solid grade point average with my coursework satisfying NCAA DI requirements and including AP courses.  My ACT scores in mathematics, science, and English are 31; my composite ACT is 30. I will work to become the highest achieving student athlete that I can and am pursuing a college interested in my contributions.

Originally from western Kentucky, I was a high school varsity starter and hitting leader as a 13-year-old eighth grader and was named to the All-Tourney team for class A Western District. Twists and turns in life have brought me to northwest Montana, where I have played a class-A American Legion schedule for the past three seasons with the Libby Loggers.  During my first season (2019), I was named All-Conference.  I was named a unanimous All-State and All-Conference performer in 2020 and 2021.  In 2021, I was all-tournament for the Rasmussen Memorial tournament in Florence, MT.
 
It is an exciting time for me as I search for the next destination that my athletic and academic pursuits take me.
