My goal is to continue playing baseball at the collegiate level. Being a multi-sport athlete, baseball has undoubtedly been the one sport I enjoy the most. Baseball is the sport into which I put the most work. Almost every day this summer, I would spend countless hours up at the field trying to improve my game.. The passion I have for the sport of baseball is what I think could get me far. I am eager to learn new things that will improve my playing ability and eventually use those skills to help others. These are the reasons why I am confident I will continue to develop as a great baseball player at the collegiate level.
Off the field and within the school are two places where I thrive. In my two years of high school, I put forth the effort to sustain excellent grades, carrying a 3.97 GPA. I never get into trouble at school, nor do I cause trouble out of school. I am quiet and I pay attention to what is being said and taught to me. Being a great student off the field leads to me being a great student on the field; I listen to coaches just as well as I listen to teachers. This fall, I was chosen as a tribal leader by the football coaches. Leadership is a role I thoroughly enjoy. Like I said before, I am eager to learn, which makes me very coachable.
Two of my biggest goals are 1) playing baseball at the highest level possible, and 2) finding the school that is the best fit. My ultimate goal is to compete at the D1 level with the best baseball players in the nation, and I am working diligently to be able to play at that level. The thing is though, I want to be comfortable and enjoy wherever I play. I want to get a high-quality education and work with a coaching staff that will push me to be the best player I can possibly be.
