Hard work, strong mindset, and not giving up. Those are three things I have always worked to do in my everyday life. No matter where I am it could be in a classroom, field, or court I will always give my all in everything I do.  In my life I have always made it a top priority to keep good grades and maintain a good GPA.  I have always thought about who has driven me to be the person I am today and after much thought it would definitely be my parents. My parents have always made sure I had all the help I needed no matter what it was in. My parents have always been there for me and I believe that is the reason I am where I am today.

Sports have also always been a big part of my life. I have been playing all sorts of sports every since I was a little kid. However the first sport I fell in love with was baseball. I began playing baseball when I was five and ever since I live for it. Baseball has always been a get away for me, whenever there is a lot going on I play baseball and everything seems to go away.  Baseball has taught me many things about myself, for example it taught me how to be a leader.  Ever since I began this wonderful sport I have been told that people look up to me and that I lead by example. I have learned that if I play with energy the rest of the team seems to also play with energy, however if I play down the rest of the team is down. I have been fortunate enough to be able to be Captain of the baseball team for high school as a freshman and I realized how much I love playing this wonderful game and how much energy I bring to it.

On the other hand school has always been important to me.  I have always made it my goal to keep good grades and maintain a good GPA. I have always made it my goal to go to college and continue my education throughout the four years after high school.  I feel like I have three main characteristics, hard work,  dedication, and not giving up. I feel like these characteristics will help me throughout high school and will help me throughout my life.
