I have always been the ”new guy” on teams because I have changed clubs so many times but in a way it has taught me to be more of a leader that way. I always earn my respect and become the leader, I have had nothing handed to me.  If I were to be put on your team I would work as hard as I could to earn respect and would be willing to adapt to any situation. If there was a situation where a player was missing and a slot was empty I would jump up to fill it without hesitation. While I work very hard on the field I work even harder off the field because I know that sports are not everythin, being an academic leader is just as important as an athletic leader.  I am also very willing to help others to better themselves whether that means on or off the field.
