Growing up in a Christian household and going to church I learned at a young age to have faith and believe in myself. At eight years old I learned that hard work, dedication and discipline helped me achieve a black belt in taekwondo. I juggled the two sports for a while but I had always loved baseball and really enjoyed the comradeship of the game. Winning my little league championship game showed me what it means to come together as a team and work to achieve one goal. My high school freshman team has taught me to work harder than ever to sharpen my skills. If someone is putting in two hours of work, I am putting in four hours of work.
I would love to be a part of a great college team. I have the heart, work ethic, drive and skill to play at a college level. I think you will find that I am a well rounded and likable team player whether I’m in the classroom or on the field. Academically and athletically I work hard to achieve my goals.
