I started playing baseball at the age of 5 and from the moment I heard the crack of the bat I was hooked. My goal is to play baseball as long as I can which means working hard through high school to get accepted into a college program which will allow me to continue to play baseball as well as earn a degree.
What makes me a good candidate for a team is the energy and knowledge of baseball that I can offer a team. Before each game, I mentally prepare myself to go in with a positive attitude to help my team win. If the team is losing or if an error occurs on the field, I encourage my team to compete and offer some advice to help them do better. Whenever, I am inside the white lines I give it my all and do my best to be a team player.
I believe the thing that makes me different from other players and recruits is my work ethic, I go to every practice and game to improve and compete at the next level. I take pride in my schoolwork and strive to get all A’s. Whether I am on the field or in the classroom, I think of myself as someone who people want to be around and talk to.
