I am a major competitor when I step foot on the field to win the ball game. I love to see when my teammates are successful and be there for them when they face adversity I always put the team first before me and I am extremely coachable. Some of my goals are work hard to achieve high test scores and if I don’t understand something do everything in my power to find help and understand.
What makes me a good candidate for your team is I stay committed and focus to becoming the best player when I step on the field and off the field. Everyday I continuously work to improve my skills to help my team win ball games. I also work on being the best teammate by lifting up my teammates when they make errors and cheer them on when things don’t be seeing to go my way.
What makes me different from other recruits in character is that everyday before bed i reflect on my day asking the question did I do enough to become the best teammate and ball player when I’m out there. Through trial and error Im not the one to give up rather Im the one to embrace it and fight through the storm to become victorious. If I make a error or strikeout I have the next play mindset because baseball is 90% mental and you need the right mentality to succeed. When it comes to academics high school I’ve struggled but I struggled when I didn’t put the max effort in and when I did put the max effort in I received good test scores and heading into college I look to put to the max effort into my school work to obtain great scores. This is why I am a good candidate for your team and why i am different from the other recruits.
