Anthony Bruno '20 Recruiting Profile

Since I am at the very beginning of my high school career, I have many goals and aspirations ahead of me.  One main goal of mine is to have a successful high school and collegiate career and to fully enjoy the experience.  More importantly however is for me to be successful academically.  The importance of academics has been instilled in me as a child by my parents: and that is the true determiner of success.

I think that I would be an asset to any baseball program because of my leadership skills and my attention to the fundamentals of the game.  I was the Captain of my middle school baseball team and I tried to pass on the importance of professionalism and hard work on and off the field to my teammates.  I am confident in my ability and I try to lead by example.

I am excited and look forward to developing my skills and knowledge of this game and to also help my teammates do the same.  Baseball is a huge passion of mine and I wish to grow athletically as well as academically over the next few years and beyond.
