I'm Maximus Troy, and I will graduate from Montclair High School in 2023. Along with playing 1B primarily, I am also play 3B, Right Field, and DH. My goal in college is to continue to play baseball, and I'm pushing myself both mechanically and physically to become stronger. Being hardworking with a winning outlook is an integral part of who I am, as well as what has helped me become the person I am today.
As a player, I'm dedicated to reaching my maximum ability, I study the game to improve my mental performance, I'm willing to meet rigorous demands to improve as a player, and I love baseball. As an all-around athlete, I am both coachable and hardworking. My commitment to working as a team player with my skills in baseball have shown throughout high school--playing multiple positions on the diamond has taught me about being adaptable enough for any challenge that comes along.
Given the opportunity, I believe my academic record, playing experience, and community involvement would make me a good candidate for your college and team.
