My name Is Chase Tarnoff I am a rising senior at Montville High School. I am a catcher looking to play with a team in 2024. I Work Hard, Play HARDER......I am not sure what makes me different, I just know if I have a chance, I can show you why you might consider me. I am one year younger than my teammates, which made me have to keep working harder to compete. My best time playing baseball is being part of the USA-LABC National Team representing Team USA... Hearing people, many from the Dominican cheer when I was up at bat was really awesome. I won the award for the best hitter for my age group. It was even more cool handing out baseball gear to local boys many my age. I really want to be part of a team I can contribute to, and the University experience can contribute to my future. Living in NJ and being a Boston fan, (thanks to my dad), I learned how to be competitive, loyal, and respectfully deal with the ups and downs of supporting my teams. I know it's probably not realistic to think about Major League Baseball, however, Rick Porcello also went to Seton Hall Prep, a school I spent three years with, and then built the awesome stadium got to play on... would be awesome to do something that great for others.
