I have always immersed myself fully in the world of sports. Whether that be through playing it myself or keeping up with the current events. As I made my transition and stayed steadfast each year from pee-wee, youth, high school and now a university to attend; I am now making plans on which College I will pursue my business degree program all while focusing on Entrepreneurship or Sports Management. Given these points, I believe I would stand out because of my dedication, discipline, admiration and being a team player.
I fell in love with baseball the moment my dad placed the bat in my hands, wrapped him arms around me positioning me to swing the bat and hit the ball out field. Although, I was only 3 and even to this day; the feelings that I get from friends, family, teammates, coaches as well as the crowd make me feel very excited as they cheer me on, and I run from base to base to make it to home. The emotions that I got then, are still the same feelings I get now and to know that people are depending on and me, encourages me to do the best that I can in a sport the I truly love, while my teammates and I strategize a win that could possibly go down in history!
