Jonathan Rodriguez '24 Recruiting Profile

My name is Jonathan Rodriguez, class of 2024, Middle Infielder I am a rising  senior at Seton Hall Prep, West Orange, NJ. My collegiate goal is to play professional baseball. I'm looking for a program that will be a good fit for me athletically as well as academically. I plan to major in Business Sport Management. I was fortunate enough to be part of 2022 Latin American Baseball Classic in the Dominican Republic with  the USA team. I was honor to participate in this event, I was also  awarded Most Valuable Hitter. Receiving  this invitation  and award has been the highlight on my baseball career. I learned the value of teamwork, commitment, sacrifice, and leadership. I feel I grew the most as a student-athlete this past 2 year, I had the honor to participate in different college showcases such as I-95 Metro,College Baseball Group, College Baseball Prospect, Best In The US Showcase and also Dominican Baseball Camp.This experience  alone helped me grow as a person and lead me to adjust my own efforts on becoming a best Middle Infielder in the game and playing at the next level. I believe I have the talent to compete for a college team, character, work-ethic, and leadership skills to make an immediate impact on your program. I know that I have what it takes to be a leader on your team!
