Dantae Grimm '24 Recruiting Profile

My name is Dantae Grimm. I acquired a love for baseball at a young age and have played since I was 4. I primarily play second and third base as well as pitcher. However, I can be utilized at short stop and the outfield. I aspire to become a better player every year and grow in any way possible individually and as a team. I am very coachable and always give it my all on and off the field. Setting a good example for others is something I truly believe can make a difference. Over the years I have played for in house baseball such as little league, Babe Ruth, all-star teams, middle school, high school junior varsity and recently, a travel team.

Baseball is something I am very passionate about, but school is also very important to me. I strive to do my best in school and keep my grades high. I enjoy taking honors classes as I find the challenge to push myself to attain the best grade I possibly can exciting. I am still exploring my future and what I wish to attend college for, but know that my family will be a great influence in guiding me along the way.
