Nicholas Dewald '22 Recruiting Profile

When I was 9, I was ready to quit baseball but every year my dad would sign me up insisting that I should give it another try. Two coaches, Tim Sexton and Mark Grimm, along with my parents and grandpa influenced me to stick with it and helped me grow as an athlete and as a young man.  I was always a soccer player and love playing with my club and high school teams but my passion and future is with baseball.  Thru baseball, I have learned of my determination to accomplish goals.

My academic goal for high school and college are to take courses in that will lead me to a career as a Sports Management, Recruiting or Scouting.   Something unique about me, is that I am a three-sport high school athlete – baseball, soccer, and bowling.  I am also a member of DECA.
