Owen Carpenter '16 Recruiting Profile

I've played baseball ever since I was 5 years old. Baseball has been a constant presence in my life for as long as I can remember. I would like to keep it that way for as long as possible. In regards to the differences you will see in me from others, it is really quite simple, in baseball I will give my 100% effort all of the time. Hustle is the reason I've come this far. The talent emerged later. Academically I always strive for perfection. Grades have and always will be important to me. As a person, I always try to do the right thing. It may not be the easiest, or the most fun, but it's right, and that's what matters to me. I am a very quiet individual, who leads by example rather than vocally. It is my dream to play college baseball and I can't wait for it to come true.
